Beer on Automation Returns to Herzliya

Beer on Automation is a series of community meetups for automation professionals.

These are intimate (up to approximately 150 participants), non-commercial gatherings where community members take the stage to share real-world case studies from the field — the problems they faced, the thinking behind their solutions, and the automations they built to make things actually work.

After a long break, we’re coming back with a community evening fully dedicated to automation, knowledge sharing, and open conversation.

And if we’re coming back — it’s at our favorite location: the AppsFlyer space.
Not only because of their generous hosting, and not only because it’s one of the most beautiful spaces around, but because AppsFlyer was among the first organizations in the world to adopt the Enterprise version of Make — back when it was still called Integromat.
Their team works with Make daily, building complex automations at true enterprise scale.

At our upcoming meetup on March 5th, we’ll gather for a three-hour community evening featuring three short talks (15 minutes each), delivered directly by community members.

Real people. Real challenges.
They’ll share how they approached the problem, what the automation looked like in Make, what didn’t work along the way, and what the actual results were.

Beer, food, and open conversations will accompany the evening from start to finish.

The Beer on Automation agenda is built together with the community.

For each meetup, we select real-world case studies from the field, focusing on real problems, practical solutions, and smart use of Make.

At the upcoming meetup, three community members will take the stage, each delivering a short 15-minute talk.
Each presentation will center around a single case study and will cover topics such as:

The problem or need that started it all

The thinking process and key decisions along the way

What the automation built in Make actually looked like

What worked, what didn’t, and the insights gained

What’s Included with the Ticket?

High-quality community content focused on automation and Make, real-world case studies from the field, and people who come to share experience — not to sell.

Alongside the content, you’ll enjoy good beer, food, coffee, and soft drinks throughout the evening.

How Much Does It Cost?

Participation requires a symbolic fee of ₪150, intended to cover the investment in content, food, and beer.

Getting There

The event will take place at the AppsFlyer offices,
14 Maskit Street, Herzliya Pituach.

If you’re arriving by car, paid public parking is available throughout the Herzliya Pituach area. We recommend using Waze and arriving a bit early.

If you’re coming by public transportation, Herzliya Pituach is accessible via multiple bus lines. You can check routes and arrival times using Moovit.

Entrance is through the building lobby.
Event signage and staff will guide you to the AppsFlyer space.
